Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At hinaabbas.com, all our apparel and accessories are tailor-made specifically for each customer. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  1. No Refunds or Returns:

    • Once an order is placed, we cannot process any refunds or returns as all our items are custom-made to your measurements and specifications.

  2. No Exchanges:

    • We do not offer exchanges for products, as each item is uniquely crafted for individual customers.

  3. Order Cancellations:

    • Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, production begins, and the order cannot be canceled.

  4. Defective or Damaged Products:

    • In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at +91 9810298668 within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will review the issue and provide a resolution accordingly (repair or replacement).

  5. Customer Responsibility:

    • We strongly recommend reviewing all details, including measurements, designs, and custom specifications, before finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
