We accept returns against store credit only. The store credit must be redeemed within 6 months of credit being issued.

Returns are accepted for ready-to-ship products and accessories only. Any customized or made-on-order product is non-returnable or exchangeable. To check whether the product is ready-to-ship or made-on-order, please check the disclaimer listed in each product description page.

You have 48 hours from the receipt of order to request your returns. To request return, please write to us at care@ensembleindia.com or call at +919372742843.

All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all Ensemble and designer tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Once we receive the return in our warehouse, the product will go through a stringent quality check process before we update and approve the store credit.

Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return.

Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging.Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

If your item received is faulty (i.e. received damaged or has a manufacturing fault), we’ll offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on the discounted products.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. 

You will be refunded against store credit (credit code) which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly.
